Built in 1954, it has a brick exterior in excellent condition, please do not paint this brick, with a mature tree in the front yard, and a front porch at the entrance that includes a period wrought-iron black post on the corner. Please do not replace the wrought-iron post with ugly rough-hewn wood.
It boasts hardwood floors throughout, in great condition. It has an open L-shaped living and dining room area, not uncommon to houses built at that time in this neighborhood.
The kitchen is off the dining room, and it has a Formica top which is less fashionable but more sturdy than quartz or granite.
