Suburban-loving Success coworking space opens Flower Mound location
A new coworking space is now open in Flower Mound: Called Success Space, it's at 6050 Long Prairie Rd. #100 in a former dentist office, and is part of Success Enterprises, which also publishes Success magazine, founded in 1897 by achievement philosopher Orison Swett Marden.
According to a release, Success Space is a new coworking solution with a focus on servicing suburban communities which offers flexible on-demand rentals, onsite business coaching, and full-service cafes, serving coffee, pastries, sandwiches, charcuterie, and beer & wine.
While the coworking industry has had some ups and downs, especially during the pandemic, Success is confident that its unique positioning in the suburbs will make it stand out from most coworking businesses that are centralized within major metropolitan areas. Success Space aims to serve the needs of employees by locating closer to where they live.
There are private and shared coworking spaces, podcasting booths, and conference rooms. Fees range from $650 per month for an office with one desk and chair, to $1050 per month for two desks and chairs. You can also buy a membership, ranging from $59 to $129 per month, that gives you access to the facilities and allows you to rent "on demand" office space by the day.
The press release claims that Flower Mound is the first location for the brand, although there seems to be a location that is already open in Houston. Sketchy. Flower Mound is a franchise owned by Brian and Tisha White, Flower Mound residents who are members of the Valley Creek Church, the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce, and Cross Timbers Rotary Club.
The location will feature certified professional coach Erin Schweitzer, who for a fee will counsel entrepreneurs and small business owners via one-on-one coaching sessions, group "masterminds," or organizational development programs.
They're big on franchising, and claim to have locations penciled in for Birmingham, Alabama; Camarillo, California; Carmel, Indiana; Huntsville, Alabama; Long Island, New York; New Orleans, San Antonio, and Sugar Land. Which, again, may already be open, the PR spokesperson was not able to say.
Flower Mound will host a ribbon cutting with the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce on January 10, 2024.
