The International Wine & Food Society is the world's oldest and most renowned gastronomic society, and it has picked this Dallas institution to host a summer sipping event. The night starts with bubbles and continues with five refreshing summer wines that are all expertly paired with cheeses hand-picked by Scardello Artisan Cheese owner and cheesemonger Rich Rogers. Plano Magazine Beer Walk at The Shops at Willow Bend
More than 30 beers from Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma craft breweries will be on display to enjoy, along with live music, prizes, and store discounts. You can also meet the brewers from featured breweries. This family-friendly event asks guests to check in to grab a collectible glass and sampling map upon arrival. Tickets are $14, and the event starts at 5:30 pm.

Bollinger Champagne Dinner at Truluck's
Both the Uptown and Southlake locations will welcome Bollinger Champagne for this exclusive four-course dinner. Participants will sip the best in bubbles while dining on exquisite cuisine.
