Extreme ice cream shop with bubble waffle cones bobs up in Lewisville

Eiffle Waffle make its Texas debut in Lewisville.
A waffle cone ice cream concept is opening its first shop in Texas: Called Eiffel Waffle, it features wild ice cream creations and shakes and will make its Texas debut in Lewisville at 717 Hebron Pkwy. #110, in the Lakepointe Towne Crossing center. It’s set to open by late April.
Eiffel Waffle was founded by Omar Falaneh and Barra Abousalem in Downers Grove, Illinois, in 2021. They were inspired to put their own spin on ice cream with a bubble waffle cone instead of the usual crispy waffle cone, made using a waffle press. The chain has since opened six locations across Chicago.
Their ice cream comes in 24 flavors, both classic and signatures like the Cookie Monster with cookie dough and Oreo pieces, and is made from all-natural ingredients, and can be ordered in a cone, cup, or by the pint.
Prices range from $4 for a small cone to $9 for constructed options like the Lotus Flower bubble cone filled with a scoop of cinnamon ice cream topped with Biscoff cookie, lotus butter, and cheesecake pieces.
Introducing the concept to Lewisville is franchisee AJ Alramli, who felt it would be perfect for new sweet treats and welcoming people in the community.
“This location will differ from other existing ones as it’s a new and improved franchise — designed with everything we’ve learned from past experience,” Alramli says in an email. “It also stands out from other dessert shops by offering a unique twist on the dessert industry— every item is freshly made to order.”
The menu also features milkshakes in extreme flavors such as Fruity Pebbles or Mediterranean sea salt; plus in mini pancakes and a list of slushes and coffee that includes a new latte float and affogato – vanilla ice cream topped with a shot of espresso.
Eiffel Waffle has also recently expanded to franchising to bring the concept to other states, starting in Texas. There are other locations planned for California, Michigan, and Indiana.
