Dallas YPs drive philanthropic fun at Cowboys tailgate
What: Echelon Cowboys tailgate and membership drive
Where: British Beverage Company
The 411: Echelon married two of Dallas' favorite pastimes — football and philanthropy — for an afternoon of fun. In addition to cheering on the city's football team, members of the Salvation Army young adult junior auxiliary and their guests brought 75 toiletry items that were donated to the residents of the Salvation Army Carr P. Collins Social Service Center. Guests also signed up for Echelon membership and entered raffles for prizes such as cowboys tickets and memorabilia. You may catch the group ringing their bells in West Village, as it is officially Red Kettle season, so make sure to say hello, and, if interested, find out more about how you can get involved.
