The Cops for Kids Chisholm Trail Music Festival, BBQ Cookoff and 5k fun run is a two day extravaganza at Panther Island Pavilion. The event kicks off with Justin Frazell from 95.9 the Ranch hosting an acoustic song swap of some of the best musicians in the business as over 100 BBQ cooking teams set up and prepare to compete on Saturday.

Saturday begins with a 5k and fun run with other family-friendly events and attractions throughout the day. There will be live music Saturday night from Austin Allsup, Sam Riggs and Cody Canada and the Departed.

All proceeds benefit the local Fort Worth Cops for Kids Charity.
