Dallas Supper Club presents Chef Misti Norris
Misti Norris is one of Dallas’ most exciting young chefs. Her beautiful and down to earth creations at her Oak Cliff concept, Small Brewpub, represent the execution and creativity Dallas Supper Club is all about. Norris opened Small Brewpub in December of 2014, after working with Anthony Bombaci for four years at Nana, and Matt McCallister at FT33, where, as sous-chef, she was responsible for charcuterie. Misti and the team behind Small Brewpub were recently announced as a nominee for Bon Appetit’s Top New Restaurants in America.
