Written by Pocket Sandwich Theatre’s co-founder Joe Dickinson, Triangles is directed by Pocket alum, Kim Titus, who actually performed in the original run in 1981. In celebration of 35 great years Pocket Sandwich will be presenting this original play from their very first season.

Both touching and hysterical, this sentimental comedy returns still packing the same emotional wallop. Triangles contains three one-act comedies exploring the triangles created in life and relationships. In Act I, The Rubaiyat of Janis Garrett, a woman turns the tables on her errant husband with unwitting help from his best friend. In Act II, The Night of the Prom, a young couple comes home to ask permission to marry, which leads to its own complications, much to the the dismay of her parents. And in the final act, The Road to Tophet, two old friends in a retirement home still bicker about past loves and future adventures, all the whilst planning a daring escape.
