The Fort Worth Avenue Development Group will take over the corner across from the Belmont Hotel for a pop-up dog park, swap meet, flea market, sand pile and beer garden.

The Spare pARTS Market is all about sustainability, community, reuse, and repurposing. Neighbors and vendors from Oak Cliff and across Dallas will bring out their upcycled furniture, vintage clothing, restored knick knacks and much more. Attendees are also welcome to bring items to place on the “swap meet” table for selling or giving away. A dog park will offer a place for pets to run around and meet new friends, and kids and adults alike can play in the 100% genuine sand pile. There will be a beer garden featuring local Dallas brews, as well as live music from Dallas bands.
