Our fearless real estate contributor, Candy Evans, first brought our attention to 4939 Manson Court, now the most expensive home on the market in Dallas.

Because this is the kind of home many of us will never get to see, much less live in, we have brought the home to you.

As Candy reports on Candy’s Dirt, the home, in the Strait Lane area, was designed by “starchitect” Robbie Rusch, with interiors by Ashley Astelford. The home boasts nine bedrooms, nine full baths and four half baths.

Plus there are all the luxuries associated with a home of the caliber: multiple formals, study, library, gourmet kitchen, three wet bars, a pantry the size of most homes, outdoor kitchen and living area, underground media room, pool, pool house, and a half-regulation-sized basketball court.

Oh! And the master is 2,200 square feet in and of itself; the garage, at 3,700 square feet, holds 14 cars.

Asking price, you say? Just under $30 million — $29,900,000, to be precise. And the house, listed with Hunter Dehn of Platinum Series Realty, has its own website, natch.

No more dilly-dallying. Let's get to the good stuff.
