Treats for Everyone
Texas’ favorite cookie company begins delivery to lucky Dallas suburb
Residents in the northern suburbs are about to get the treat of their lives. Delicious, delivered-warm-to-your-door cookies and brownies will be available to all of Allen and McKinney with the opening of a new Tiff’s Treats in Allen, at 977 State Hwy. 121, Ste. 160, at the end of 2016.
The northern store is part of the company’s expansion plan, which saw 2016 begin with 19 locations. It will end the year with at least 27 locations.
“We are so excited to bring warm cookie delivery to the Allen and McKinney area,” said Tiff’s Treats co-founder Leon Chen in a press release. “This area is home to us, and we can’t wait to work with businesses and residents to make each day a little sweeter.”
Leon and his wife, Tiffany, are Richardson natives who started baking and delivering warm cookies from their college apartment while attending the University of Texas in Austin. They are the the originators of the warm-cookie delivery concept, and we can’t thank them enough for it.
All locations deliver baked-to-order, straight-from-the-oven cookies and brownies, in a white box with colorful ribbon — making them great gifts or just everyday pick-me-ups. Flavors include chocolate chip, peanut butter, sugar, snickerdoodle, and oatmeal raisin.
Since opening in 1999, Tiff’s Treats has grown to 23 stores and baked more than 50 million cookies. Tiff’s Treats operates stores throughout Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio, as well as in Alpharetta, Georgia. The company is consistently focused on giving back, and to date, it has donated $100,000 to worthy charities.
