Over the past several decades, many organizations have formed to ensure historic homes, landmarks, architectural structures and other icons are safeguarded for their cultural and societal significance and aesthetics. It was for this very reason that the Park Cities Historic Preservation Society was formed in 1982.
The Park Cities Historic Preservation Society holds an annual historic home tour, giving people the opportunity to experience several beautiful and architecturally significant homes first hand. This year, the tour is named “Architects of Distinction” and takes place April 12, 10 am-3 pm.
Four unique and distinctive homes will be featured, one of which has been lauded with awards in landscape design. Dave Perry-Miller & Associates is sponsoring the home located at 4243 Beverly Dr. and is also a co-sponsor of the Patron Party, held on April 9.
