In a city where more is usually considered better, an incredible surge of modern minimalism is taking the design world by storm — bringing with it sleek shapes, clean lines, natural textures and open spaces that create room to breathe and a world of possibilities.
Modern fans will experience a serious style infusion at the Dallas Modern Expo, May 17-19, which offers a three-day vision session highlighting the latest in modernist living.
“We’re bringing together professional advisors, artists and artisans who can talk with people about buying, building and renovating a home for the modern aesthetic,” says Jeff Levine, founder of ModernDallas.net and host of the weekend’s festivities.
The event, at Victory Park, covers 22,000 square feet of exhibition space and features guest lecturers providing insight and information about modern-inspired products, materials and concepts that can turn any home into a modern masterpiece. Tickets for the Modern Expo are $10 at the door.
The Dallas Modern Expo is sponsored by Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, which is owned and operated by CEO Robbie Briggs. For more information, visit Update Dallas.
