Boho fashionistas living up north, take note: Free People and Anthropologie are coming to Frisco. The stores will open in Wade Park, the 175-acre mixed-use development at the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road.
Located in the heart of what's dubbed Frisco's "$5 Billion Mile," the center will be anchored by a 45,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market, an iPic movie theater, and the Pinstripes bowling alley.
Anthropologie is a much-loved store offering a curated mix of clothing, accessories, gifts, and home décor. And, of course, those famous candles that are impossible to resist. (They're as pretty as they smell.)
Free People is a specialty women’s clothing brand featuring a blend of vintage and bohemian apparel, accessories, intimates, and outerwear, as well as home and beauty products.
“We are delighted to bring on Anthropologie and Free People, among the stars of an impressive lineup of tenants headed to Wade Park,” says Stan Thomas, president and CEO of developer Thomas Land & Development, in a release. “With a variety of much sought-after retailers like these, Wade Park will be North Texas’ new fashion and soft goods experience — the destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment.”
Among the other tenants already signed to Wade Park are Steak 48, Luna Grill, Thirteen Pies, Steel City Pops, Torchy’s Tacos, Bread Zeppelin, Arhaus, Sur la Table, Paper Source, Tyler’s, Blo Blow Dry Bar, MiniLuxe, the Lash Lounge, Hotel ZaZa, and a Langham Hotels & Resorts hotel.
When it opens in 2017, Wade Park will feature approximately 600,000 square feet of specialty retail, including premier retailers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. It will also feature up to 6 million square feet of commercial office space, as well as stylish luxury apartments, condominiums, and single-family homes.
Anthropologie will also open at Wade Park in fall 2017.
