High-Rise Living
Live the high life in Uptown Dallas for $10,000 a month at the Ritz-Carlton
Those in search of the high life have a new option in Uptown Dallas. According to Candy's Dirt, unit 702 at the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, Dallas, has just hit the rental market. But it's going to set you back $10,000 a month.
So what do you get for that? Total square footage is 2,344, with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths — one with marble galore, from the floor to the tub surround to the shower. The compact kitchen boasts ceiling-height cabinetry, so storage shan't be an issue, as well as top-of-the-line appliances. There is also a cozy sitting area just beyond the breakfast bar.
A fireplace warms up the second, more spacious formal living room, and the dining area would accommodate eight to 10 easily. A bounty of windows means there is a spectacular view from nearly every square foot of the condo.
The owner has opted for upgrades such as surround sound, custom lighting, window coverings and closet finish-outs. Candy's Dirt also reports this floor plan is sold out, so that might be a consideration.
That $10,000-per-month price tag also includes access to the Ritz's ritzy resident amenities, including valet, concierge, fitness center, resort-style pool, room service and housekeeping. There is also an onsite dog park, but this rental doesn't allow for any furry friends.
So if you have a pet, you'll just have to buy it — which you can do, for $1.499 million.
