Although the bold interior colors might be a turn-off to some buyers, the price won’t be: JP & Associates Realtor Josh Tyler has reduced the price by almost $50,000 since listing it. It’s now priced at $524,900, which comes out to $262 per square foot.
That’s not bad for the neighborhood, and this home is a great size, with three bedrooms, two full baths, and more than 2,000 square feet.
There’s a great little eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dark espresso cabinetry, a tile backsplash, and granite countertops. The spacious peninsula sits right next to a coffee bar and wine rack. It also makes the beautiful hardwood floors stand out.
There is one bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, and a second bedroom upstairs with the master suite. However, there’s no direct access to a bathroom for the second upstairs bedroom, which makes it better suited as a nursery or an office or maybe even a media room. It doesn’t seem practical for a kid to have to go through the master bedroom or go downstairs every time he or she needs to go to the bathroom.
The master suite is lovely, though, and it has a brightly colored five-piece master bath. But what’s with the super-small mirrors?
Still, there is so much to really like about this home, and a little staging — and some paint — could go a long way into showing it off.
But no matter your views on the paint or the floorplan, it’s hard not to love this outdoor living space. You get a spacious deck with a pergola, a patio, and a perfect grassy lawn to play a game of catch. The car port can fit two cars and could double as covered entertaining.
