With all the pomp and circumstance surrounding Dallas in 2012, it's already hard not to get a big head. We will have to find a way to stay grounded, however, as it looks like 2013 will continue the trend of honors and accolades.
In the January issue, Texas Highways magazine recognizes a host of Dallas-Fort Worth attractions in its "12 Can’t-Miss, Must See, Must Dos in Texas for 2013."
The State Fair made the list in its own right as the must-do event of September, and we can hardly argue. Big Tex will make his triumphant return and there's sure to be a trick or two up his enormous sleeves.
The Perot Museum of Nature and Science, the Dallas Arts District and the Fort Worth Cultural District all made the cut as part of a November focus on the arts that also included the Houston Arts District.
