Rolling Stones confirm rumors of upcoming tour with Dallas date

After days of speculation and hush-hush releases, the rumors are confirmed: The Rolling Stones are coming to Dallas. The iconic rockers will hit the Cotton Bowl Stadium on Friday, May 29, as part of their 2020 No Filter Tour.
The Dallas date is part of a 15-city run across North America that begins May 8 in San Diego and ends July 9 in Atlanta. It includes one other Texas date: May 24, at the Circuit of The Americas Super Stage in Austin.
The new dates are an extension of their sold-out 2019 tour by the same name, which Rolling Stone the magazine called "a triumph" for Rolling Stones the musical group.
While that 13-city tour did hit Houston and New Orleans, it largely bypassed the South and Southwest U.S. The last time the British rockers played Dallas was in June 2015, at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
Tickets for the Dallas show go on sale to the general public February 14 at 10 am. American Express cardholders can purchases passes before the general public beginning February 12 at 10 am.
