If you've been living under an Internet-less rock this week, you might not know that the Supreme Court is hearing arguments about gay marriage. There have been large crowds of supporters in D.C. and an even larger virtual presence on social media.
The Human Rights Campaign, an advocacy group for the LGBT community, debuted a red version of its square-shaped logo on March 26. Since then, the red square has been shared more than 10,000 times and appears as the profile picture for countless personal and business accounts on Facebook.
Because people with computers and time on their hands can't leave well enough alone, there have been dozens of logo remixes. From Dumbledore to C3PO, it's a virtual who's who of gay rights supporters. And, of course, bacon.
