1. 2 Dallas neighbors rank among fastest-growing wealthy suburbs in U.S.. Two Dallas-area cities have earned major bragging rights: Celina and Prosper, two boomtowns north of Dallas, are among the top three fastest growing affluent suburbs in the country.
2. Michelin favorite Dallas restaurant opens new location in Uptown. Opening day has arrived for a new restaurant in Uptown Dallas: Written By The Seasons, an indie farm-to-table restaurant, has debuted at The Quad, at 2681 Howell St., where it's serving seasonal fare, open for lunch and dinner, with weekend brunch to come this spring. This is the second location of a restaurant that was founded in Bishop Arts in 2021 — a restaurant that also just earned a nod from the new-to-Texas Michelin Guide.
3. Dallas location of Salt Bae's Nusr-Et Steakhouse will close for good. A high-profile steakhouse from an international restaurateur is closing its location in Dallas: Nusr-Et Steakhouse, the renowned restaurant group from culinary sensation Nusret "Salt Bae" Gökçe, is closing its Dallas restaurant at 1900 Pearl St., not just temporarily as previously reported, but for good.

4. Dallas dumpling shop to star on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-ins & Dives. A Dallas restaurant is about to make its national television debut: Hello Dumpling, the darling Asian dumpling shop in East Dallas, will appear on Food Network in February in an episode of Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives, the series starring irrepressible host Guy Fieri.
