1. Dallas neighbor has 8th most moved-to U.S. ZIP code of 2025. The Dallas area has already proved it's one of the hottest destinations for Americans on the move, but a new study has revealed one neighboring city to be quite the standout.
2. Dallas suburb plugs in as No. 1 U.S. city for remote workers in 2025. A new report anoints the techy city of Frisco as the best city in America for remote workers. Frisco earned a near-perfect score of 99 out of 100 in the study.
3. Dallas-Fort Worth ranks No. 2 for most new apartments built in 2025. A new analysis shows Dallas-Fort Worth will keep building as long as the Metroplex keeps growing. The DFW metro area has the second-highest rate of new apartments being built in 2025, bested only by New York City.
