Tory Burch picks Dallas' NorthPark Center for first sporty boutique outside New York
Lululemon is about to get a run for its money. Tory Sport, the fitness brand from Tory Burch, is opening up shop at NorthPark Center in September. It will be the first Tory Sport store to open outside of New York.
Tory Sport launched in 2015 and has two other stores, one in East Hampton, New York, and one in New York City’s Flatiron District. The performance activewear collection features high-tech fabrics and classic designs that are synonymous with the Tory Burch brand (in other words, bright and preppy).
The store will be located on the first floor, between Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, and it will feature the ever-trendy Scandinavian design that seems to be taking today’s interiors by storm. Blue walls will feature high-gloss white stripes that tie back to the brand’s logo, and a '70s surf-lodge theme will also be incorporated, via surfboards hanging on the wall.
The full activewear collection — including clothing, bags, shoes, and accessories — will be available. Prices range from $65 for running shorts to $575 for multilayer fusion outerwear.
