For the first time in its 47-year history, the world-famous Kips Bay Decorator Show House is opening its doors in Dallas.
The design industry’s premier show house invited 27 top American interior designers to transform an Old Preston Hollow mansion, at 5828 Woodland Dr. in the historic Woodland Estates neighborhood. They were led by design luminaries Jan Showers, Steele Marcoux, Christopher Peacock, Jean Lui, and Chad Dorsey.
Now it's time to unlock the doors. From September 25 through October 25, the public can tour the completed home in person or via a virtual 3D-video. (In-person visits must be booked in advance to ensure proper social distancing, and face masks are required.) Purchase tickets ($40) and access the virtual tour here. All proceeds will go to Dallas charities Dwell with Dignity and Crystal Charity Ball.
