Coworking outfit expands Dallas presence with new suburban office
Rapidly expanding coworking company WeWork has opened a new location, this time at Legacy West in Plano. This makes the third WeWork location in the Dallas area to open this year. The first opened in Uptown Dallas in January, and the second recently opened at Thanksgiving Tower, which also serves as the company’s Southern headquarters.
Manager Adam Wacenske says that the company chose Plano because of the variety of businesses in the area.
"Our members represent a diverse array of industries, so it makes sense to open a location in such a dynamic community like Legacy West," he says in a release.
WeWork offers space, culture, and flexibility to all companies, whether they are a multinational corporation, small business, or entrepreneur.
WeWork Legacy West has space options for its members ranging from a dedicated desk up to private offices for companies of all sizes. WeWork offers its members access to discounted health benefits, payment processing, IT support, payroll, and legal services. Each WeWork location has distinct design elements to match the feel of the area, including unique common spaces.
WeWork provides coworking and private office space in more than 145 locations in 15 countries around the world. Members run the gamut from entrepreneurs, freelancers, and startups to artists, small businesses, and divisions of large corporations.
Once someone becomes a WeWork member, they can work from any of the company’s locations around the world and be part of the WeWork community where they can collaborate with members in person, or through the WeWork app.
