It feels like Dallas restaurants are still cleaning up the dishes from Easter, and yet Mother's Day is already on the horizon. In 2022, the date is May 8 and there are all sorts of ways to show you care, but the one we care about here is dining out.

Restaurants are hosting brunch and/or dinner, with some still offering options for dining-in or taking-out. The opportunity to make reservations is already underway, and some events may already be sold out.

Here are the Dallas-Fort Worth restaurants serving Mother's Day feasts (celebrations take place on May 8 unless otherwise noted):

Al Biernat's. Brunch features smoked salmon breakfast nest, crawfish etouffee benedict, and prime rib hash. 10 am-2 pm. Regular dinner menu also available 4:30-9 pm. Oak Lawn 214-209-2201, or North Dallas 972-239-3400.

Anise. Regular menu, along with one special, what that special is, they do not say, plus half-price wines. 10 am-3 pm, 5-10 pm. 469-659-6376.

Beckley 1115. Mother's Day Tea features four courses of savory and sweet traditional tea bites along with tea service. $39, with optional bubbles add-on. Two seatings at 12 and 2 pm. Sunday four-course brunch is also being offered with cucumber bisque, mixed green salad, chicken & mushroom crepes, and lemon ricotta pancakes. $49. Blue Mesa Grill. Brunch features biscuits & gravy, migas, enchiladas, Adobe Pie, omelets, migas, huevos rancheros, chicken & waffles, chimayo corn, salads, fruit, and house-made desserts including churros and strawberry shortcake. Bonefish Grill. Special dishes and drinks include Caprese Dip with artisan bread, shrimp skewer, smoked old fashioned, strawberry citrus martini, and seasonal carrot lava cake with a cream cheese molten center, topped with whipped cream.

Capital Grille. Brunch specials include mimosas, lobster frittata with poached lobster tails, and flourless chocolate-espresso cake, plus a la carte dinner options available all day. 11 am-2 pm.

Carrabba's. Special entrées include filet Marsala featuring a 9-oz filet mignon with mushrooms and Lombardo wine sauce, and a tomato Caprese with fresh burrata. The Tramonto in Tuscany cocktail has Lunazul Blanco tequila, sour mix, OJ, and Bonizio Rosso, and there's Berries & Butter Cake for dessert. Dine-in or takeout.

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. Special Strawberry Sweet-tart cocktail features vodka, raspberry, pineapple juice, strawberry puree, and sliced strawberries for $7.49, available only in-restaurant, served in a limited edition, take-home glass. Family Bundles feeding 4-6 include choice from chicken tenders, salmon, or a combo with two sides and croissants, starting at $27.

Copper & Steel. Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas restaurant is serving brunch with complimentary glass of rosé for mothers and specialties such as cocktail shrimp & snow crab claws, black pepper crusted prime rib with horseradish créme & rosemary au jus, omelet station, petite lemon meringe pie, and French macarons. 8 am-2 pm with live music from 10 am-2 pm. $48, or $26 for 12 and under. 469-598-1335.

Corner Bakery. Moms get a complimentary sweet bakery item with the purchase of any lunch or dinner entrée. May 7-8.

Crescent Club. Brunch buffet at Hotel Crescent Court includes omelet station, waffle station, carving station, pastrami with horseradish cream, seafood display with gulf shrimp and oysters, kids' menu, dessert display with pomegranate-champagne opera cake, citrus entremets, lemon poppy seed gateaux, and strawberry cheesecake. $125, or $60 for 12 and under. 10:30 am-2 pm. Dakota's Steakhouse. Eddie V's. Three-course brunch menu includes lobster quiche, avocado with jumbo lump crab, and cocktails such as mimosas, bloody marys, and bellinis. 10 am-2 pm. $49, or $15 for 12 and under. 214-890-1500.

El Bolero. Brunch includes scallop aguachile, grilled chipotle chicken, filet mignon, lava rock seafood maolcajete, and corn tamales. 10 am-3 pm. 214-741-1986.

Electric Shuffle. Brunch includes bacon jam breakfast pizza and the ultimate brunch board with avocado toast, mini chicken & waffles, bacon, fruit, pastries, live DJs, and shuffleboard. Everyone gets a bottle of bubbly. Saturday-Sunday 10 am-4 pm. $50.

Ellie's. Jazz brunch at Hall Arts Hotel features duck fat fried chicken, fried green tomato eggs benedict, pork belly "ham steak" & eggs with poblano Gristmill grits, and banana bread French toast. Fish City Grill. The restaurants will feature Kalamata Crusted Alaskan Halibut with almond basil pesto, heirloom tomatoes with goat cheese and lemon-scented rice for $28.99. They will also feature their fresh Watermelon Margarita for $9.

Fleming's. Three-course meal includes choices from Caesar or Fleming's salad, filet with shrimp scampi or lobster tail scampi, and chocolate gooey butter cake, cheesecake, or Key lime pie. Saturday-Sunday, regular menu also available. $. 972-543-2141.

400 Gradi. Herd and Hearth. Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort and Spa hosts a Texas-style tea party brunch with hot & cold miniature tea sandwiches, bite-sized pastries & tarts, and loose leaf hot teas French-press style, carving station with beef tenderloin, bone-in turkey breast, garlic chive marinated snow crab claws, and shrimp with cocktail sauce. 11 am-3 pm. $75, or $32 for 12 and under. 972-668-8000.

Kona Grill. Brunch with macadamia nut French toast and lobster avocado toast, plus $8 glasses of Miraval Rosé and Chandon Brut Rosé. La Madeleine. Bakery cafe chain has two heart-shaped cheesecakes for Mother's Day: Raspberry cheesecake topped with raspberries, and chocolate ganache cheesecake with a chocolate cookie crust, chocolate cheesecake filling, and chocolate ganache on top. $9.29 each. Mimosas featuring a single-serving carafe of orange juice and a mini-bottle of J. Roget champagne are $6.

La Stella Cucina Verace. Brunch in Arts District features baby arugula salad, poached lobster salad, crab cappellacci with peas & asparagus, and chantilly with berries. 11 am-5 pm.

LAW. Brunch at the Four Seasons Hotel and Resort in Las Colinas features eggs benedict, shakshuka, omelets, pork loin, lemongrass-ginger honey salmon, roast chicken, top sirloin, risottos, sushi, soup & salad bar, corn & pea succotash, flourless chocolate passion fruit cake, vanilla crème brûlée, strawberry profiteroles, freshly-made crullers, glazed funfetti donuts, milkshakes, and ice cream. 10 am-3 pm. $125, or $55 for 12 and under. 972-717-2420.

Mesa Mezcal. Mexican restaurant at Westin Irving-Las Colinas is featuring a brunch buffet with a waffle bar, prime rib carving station, omelets, street tacos, DIY mimosa and bloody mary station, plus much more. The Mercury. Monarch. Modern Italian dinner menu with beloved favorites such as meatballs, veal chop parmesan, and yellowfin tuna tartare, as well as an exclusive Mother’s Day entrée: Georges Banks scallop with crab arancini, English peas, and morels, for $56. 4-10 pm.

Ocean Prime Dallas. Ocean Prime is only open for brunch on special holidays, with a special menu of holiday creations including warm cinnamon bread with cream cheese icing, lobster toast with avocado pea puree, crab cake eggs benedict, brioche French toast, short rib surf & turf with lobster and Gouda potato cake, smoked salmon latke, Prime 6-oz NY strip with poached egg, blackened salmon salad, candied bacon, fruit with Greek yogurt, truffled potatoes, and breakfast sausage. 11 am-3 pm. 214-965-0440.

Open Palette. Sheraton Dallas Hotel is hosting a buffet style brunch with omelet, waffle, pasta, and salad bar stations, charcuterie table, salmon, prime rib, pork loin, and dessert display. $55, or $28 for 12 and under. 10 am-2 pm. 214-922-8000.

Pakpao Thai Food. Brunch includes salmon and avocado toast, khai jeow – crab omelette, lychee bellini, mint chocolate marquise, and kids' items such as silver dollar pancakes. 11 am-3 pm. 214-749-7002.

Perry's. Mother’s Day feature consists of Perry's Filet Stuffed Roast: Filet mignon stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, garlic, onion, fresh herbs, and three cheese for $49. Brunch cocktails including brandy milk punch, bloody Mary and mimosas, 11 am-4 pm. Family-style filet stuffed roast meal for four for $179 or an individual filet stuffed roast for $49 to-go.

Pluckers. Wing chain with 28 flavors of sauce is giving moms a free meal, although the offer is valid only for Pluckers Club Members. A membership costs $20, which gets you other free things if you join. Way to use Mother's Day as a membership pitch, Pluckers.

Postino Wine Cafe. Brunch with croque monsieur, cast-iron sticky bread, smoked salmon carpaccio, panettone French toast, and brunch cocktails. 9 am-3 pm. 972-210-2102.

The Ranch at Las Colinas. Brunch buffet includes shrimp cocktail bar, smoked salmon, taco bar, chicken & waffles, cheddar green chile grits, salads, bread, and dessert stations. $50, or $20 for 12 and under. 972-506-7262.

Razzoo's Cajun Cafe. Two special dishes returning for Mother's Day include shrimp en brochette with bacon-wrapped shrimp stuffed with jalapeno; and Creole pork chops with two boneless pork chops, breaded and fried, then topped with jalapeño cheese sauce. (They'll be available through July.)

Romano's Macaroni Grill. Italian chain will be serving two specialty dishes in honor of Mother’s Day from May 6-8: Gorgonzola steak featuring a 10-ounce sirloin with a gorgonzola butter topping, sautéed spinach with roast garlic, and mashed potatoes, $30; 8-ounce Atlantic salmon over capellini pasta with artichokes, mushrooms, capers, and citrus lemon butter sauce, $26.

Ruth's Chris Steak House. Three-course feast with choices from steak house salad, Caesar, lobster bisque, steak & shrimp, steak & lobster, twin tails, creamed spinach, or garlic mashed potatoes. $57-70, available May 6-8. Sambuca360 Plano. Brunch selections include Belgian waffles, eggs benedicts, omelets, fruit & cheese, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy, sweet breads, eggs, shrimp cocktail, salmon with dill cream sauce, chicken, roast beef & ham carving stations, mixed salad greens, and desserts. 10:30 am-3 pm. $35, or $13 for 10 and under.

Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grill. Three-course dinner for dine-in or takeout includes choices from salmon dip, tuna nachos, shrimp cocktail, sea scallops, horseradish potato crusted halibut, blackened red snapper with shrimp garlic butter, flounder with crab butter & arugula pesto, lobster thermidor, asparagus, Brussels sprouts with maple & bacon, whipped potatoes, key lime pie, chocolate cappuccino cheesecake, and carrot cake. 11 am-9 pm. $80, plus $40 for wine pairings. 972-473-2722.

Second Floor at the Exchange. Brunch buffet with breakfast pastries, smoked salmon station, ceviche, eggs, omelet station, bacon, pork sausage, twice cooked potatoes, pork hash, and prime rib carving station. Terra. Eataly restaurant will celebrate La Festa della Mamma with brunch toast, asparagus frittata, and a special build-your-own bollicine, a classic Italian sparkling drink with prosecco and two fruit juices. A personal bollicine bar will be served tableside to create a unique refreshing cocktail experience. 10:30 am-3 pm.

Texas Spice. Brunch at Omni Dallas Hotel restaurant with omelet station, chocolate chip waffles, lemon-ricotta blueberries, crab cakes, crawfish bisque, spring pea ravioli, cheese & charcuterie table, carving station, prime rib, scones, raspberry swirl cinnamon rolls, rhubarb pistachio bundt cake, strawberry rhubarb tart tatin, petit fours, and kid buffet with turkey and mac & cheese. 11 am-2 pm. $49, or $25 for 12 and under. 214-979-4529.

III Forks. Special brunch features steak & eggs, filet mignon benedict, crabcake benedict, and lobster tail benedict. Plus breakfast breads from the restaurant's local bakery, and a limited a la carte menu of III Forks favorites. $55, for dine-in or curbside to-go by preorder.
