Youth Culinary Workshop at Stocks & Bondy
Young culinary enthusiasts ages 15 to 20 are invited to join chef Joanne Bondy for a culinary workshop at her table inside the Market. In a class themed "Getting To Know Organic," attendees learn easy and fun ways to eat healthy. The class prepares a meal made with local market ingredients from Texas farmers and ranchers. Chefs also receive a cap and apron. Tickets are $45, and the class is from 5:30-7:30 pm.

Bacardi "Shake Your Own" Cocktail Class at Resto Gastro Pub
Head to Trinity Groves for an evening of cocktails and hors d'oeuvre by Bacardi and Resto Gastro Pub. This intimate cocktail class on the patio features custom recipes for the individual or for entertaining a crowd. Participants receive their own shaker and glass, cocktail recipes, and other goodies from Bacardi. Tickets are $25, and the event starts at 6:30 pm.
European Standards and New American Favorites Cheese Class at Scardello Artisan Cheese
This class features a tasting comparison of well-known European cheeses like Roquefort alongside new world beauties of a similar style. You'll talk about trends in American cheese making and why these new creations are so exciting, while also seeing how they have evolved from their European forebears. Guests can also sample European standard wines, as well as new American classics. Tickets are $40, and the class starts at 7 pm.

Southern Barbecue Beer Pairing Dinner at Whole Foods Highland Park
Join Whole Foods for three courses of delicious Southern fare, creatively crafted by chef Ken and paired with some of our favorite beers. Courses include the Devil's Own deviled egg, beer-braised barbecue pulled-pork sandwiches, and grilled-pineapple bread pudding. Tickets are $30, and the event begins at 6:30 pm.

Reunion Lawn Party at Reunion Park
Live music, food trucks, and lawn games return to Reunion Park in a big way. Enjoy food ranging from pizza to lobster and even Cajun. The Nodding Donkey is also offering beer and wine. Of course music will be the heart of this summer event, with some of Dallas’ favorite cover party bands. Admission is free and the fun starts at 6:30 pm.
Birthday Market Dinner at Patina Green Home and Market
Celebrate the beloved McKinney restaurant's six-year anniversary with a unique dining experience with a farm-inspired fixed menu. The Market Dinner is a chef's tasting of five courses using locally sourced ingredients. Tickets are $55 for dinner and an added $30 for beer and wine pairings. This dinner has two seatings — 6-8 pm or 8-10 pm.

Ballast Point Beer Dinner at TJ's Seafood Market and Grill
Join North Dallas' favorite seafood restaurant for a Ballast Point beer dinner, including rare brews, some of which have never been served in Dallas. Courses include pickled shrimp, brown-sugar pork belly, and goat-cheese polenta; fried green tomatoes with Dallas buffalo mozzarella; spicy tuna tartar; braised pork osso buco with lump crab mash; and salted dark almond tartes.
