Called the Stars Green Envy, it's a refreshing blend of cucumber, lime, and mint, and bartender Daniel Le is here to share how it's made.

Stars Green Envy
2 oz. cucumber vodka
1 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 cucumber, sliced
Add a few cucumber slices and ice to the glass.
Slap the mint to extract its oils, then muddle it gently inside a cocktail shaker.
Add cucumber vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice, then shake thoroughly.
Pour into the glass and top with spiralized cucumber, then serve.
