Fresh Las Vegas restaurant to make Texas debut at The Star in Frisco
Construction is underway on a new-to-Texas restaurant concept: Called Rachel’s Kitchen, it's a casual eatery from Las Vegas known for wholesome food and will make its Texas debut in Frisco, at 3620 Star Blvd., #1200, Frisco.
It's going into a vacant storefront next door to the also-excellent Roti Grill, on the same strip of shops as Wabi House. Good food! According to a release, it'll open in spring 2024.
Rachel's currently has eight locations in Las Vegas Valley. Frisco is their first out-of-state venture.
“We are super excited to have begun development in the Texas market with construction starting in Frisco,” says founder Debbie Roxarzade.
Roxarzade founded Rachel’s Kitchen in 2006 as a quaint café featuring reasonably priced bistro fare. They're open for breakfast, lunch, and early dinner, usually from 7 am-8 pm. They serve breakfast all day, featuring hearty dishes such as burritos, wraps, avocado toast, pancakes, French toast, oatmeal and more.
At lunch and dinner, they offer numerous salads including Cobb, Caesar, Chinese chicken, spinach salad, curry chicken salad, arugula with pear.
Sandwiches and wraps include turkey club, BBQ chicken, chicken salad, and vegetarian (with goat cheese, eggplant, zucchini, roasted red peppers, yellow squash, red onions, roasted tomatoes & chipotle mayo).
There are also pastas, soups, juices, smoothies, and coffee/espresso drinks.
The release says that Rachel’s Kitchen has cultivated a devoted community over the years, thanks to personal attention from staff snd a diverse menu with something for everyone.
They're also, by the way, seeking franchisees since they have plans to expand through franchising within the state.
"Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience, and we invite multi-unit operators to join us in sharing this commitment in Texas," Roxarzade says.
