International Italian restaurant Sant Ambroeus to debut in Dallas

Sant Ambroeus
An international Italian restaurant chain is debuting in Dallas: Sant Ambroeus, a concept from SA Hospitality Group, will open a location in the Knox Street development, the mixed-use project under construction next to the Katy Trail.
According to a release, it'll open in 2026.
The Dallas location will join a portfolio of Sant Ambroeus restaurants, coffee bars, and gelaterias in high-flying cities such as New York, Aspen, Palm Beach, Milan, and Paris.
The original Sant Ambroeus opened in Milan in 1936. Partners Gherardo Guarducci and Dimitri Pauli have translated the sensibilities of the original to appeal to American diners, importing generations of Italian culinary tradition via its restaurants and coffee bars to New York's Upper East Side, Soho, West Village, The Hamptons, and Brookfield Place, as well as Palm Beach, Florida and two locations in Aspen, a coffee bar and restaurant.
The Dallas location will span 7,800 square feet and will offer all-day dining and dedicated outdoor patio seating. The restaurant is the first restaurant tenant to be announced in the Knox Street development, which will be anchored by an Auberge Resorts Collection hotel and private residences, and will also include a luxury multifamily residential building, office building, restaurants, and retail.

Stephen Summers, head of retail leasing for Knox Street calls Sant Ambroeus "one of the top restaurant operators in the industry and the perfect addition to Knox Street."
Guarducci and Pauli have since expanded Sant Ambroeus Hospitality Group’s offerings with the addition of Casa Lever, a fine-dining Italian restaurant located in Midtown Manhattan’s landmarked Lever House building. Additionally, the hospitality group includes Felice Ristorante & Wine Bars, a collection of four Tuscan-inspired neighborhood favorites in partnership with Jacopo Giustiniani.
“We are thrilled to announce the opening of the first Sant Ambroeus in Texas, marking a significant milestone in the continued growth and evolution of our brand. Knox Street has long been a treasured part of Dallas, and as it grows, we’re excited to help shape its vibrant future.” Guarducci says.
