Family Holiday Fete
Magnificent Dallas moms step out with cute kiddos for festive Sugar Plum Fairy Tea
It was a family affair at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek for the third annual Sugar Plum Fairy Tea benefiting Texas Ballet Theater. Dallas' finest brought their little ladies and lads to this kid-friendly fete hosted by Stanley Korshak.
Moms — including Kimberly Schlegel Whitman, Caroline White, Kameron Westcott, Leigh Bailey Carrizales and Sunie Solomon — sipped champagne while their kiddos snacked on cookies, enjoyed crafts and patiently waited for a visit from the cast of the Nutcracker. Lucky little ballerinas even got their photos made with the Sugar Plum Fairy.
“This is the best way to kick off the holiday season,” said Crawford Brock, owner of Stanley Korshak. “Our clients are family at our store, and we love to share in this festive time with them and the ballet.”
This tea was only the beginning of lovely events benefiting the Texas Ballet Theater, as the TuTu Chic Fashion Show took place the next day, showcasing the jaw-dropping designs of Naeem Khan. (But more on that later.)
For now, let's just take in the adorable factor of these kids dressed up in their holiday best, hanging out with their moms at one of the most luxurious hotels in town. You have to teach them young, right?
