Aero luxury jet service adds Sadelle's bagels and fare to Dallas flights

California-based Aero, the semi-private jet service that's been available to Dallas flyers since April 2023, has given its food program an upgrade.
In late July, the company partnered with New York-based Major Food Group to refresh its onboard food menu with dishes from Sadelle’s, available for breakfast, lunch, and all-day meals, including pastries, salads, sandwiches, snacks, desserts and kid’s options. (There are also healthy items from Erewhon, but those are only on flights to L.A.)
Aero made its Dallas debut in April 2023 with service from Dallas to Aspen and Los Cabos up to four times a week.
“Our goal is to bring the joy back to traveling for our Aero guests, and a big part of that is through intentional partnerships with premium culinary brands for guests to have delicious options to enjoy in flight,” says Aaron Schriever, who runs Aero’s culinary program, in a release. “We’re excited to have partnered with Major Food Group to bring a selection of their most popular Sadelle’s items onto our Dallas flights.”
Highlights from the menu, prepared the day of the flight, include:
- Seasonal Fresh Fruit with mint and lemon zest
- House Salmon on a New York Style Bagel with salmon, whipped cream cheese, English cucumber, capers, tomato, and dill
- Waldorf Salad with chicken, lettuce, celery, raisins, Granny Smith apples, and Russian dressing
- Chicken Salad Wrap with rotisserie chicken, scallions and celery tossed in Dijonnaise
- Marbled Brownie with chocolate and whipped cream cheese
Aero also has a complimentary beverage program featuring craft sodas, coffee, juice, Rishi brand teas, wine, beer, cocktails, and zero-proof beverages.
These epicurean touches come free, joining other Aero amenities including a private lounge without crowds or lines, a 20-minute curbside check-in process, spacious seating featuring 16 oversized seats in Italian leather with both window and direct aisle access, the ability to comfortably recline, and access to a 24/7 concierge team via email, phone, or text. Tickets start at $975 per person, one-way.
Sadelle’s opened in Dallas' Highland Park Village in spring 2022, followed by Major Food Group siblings Carbone and Carbone Vino, which opened in Dallas' Design District.
