There are nine new stores coming to NorthPark Center this summer, spanning everything from high fashion to couture chocolate.

The previously announced Warby Parker will join two Texas exclusives, Sam Edelman and Tory Sport, along with Lilly Pulitzer, Ivivva Athletica, Club Monaco, Zara, MiniLuxe, and another outlet of the world-renowned Kate Weiser Chocolate.

This is in addition to the three boutiques — Canali, Diptyque, and Longchamp Paris — that threw open their doors earlier in 2016. Sam Edelman was previously announced to open in April, but the lifestyle brand apparently needed a little more time to ready its shoes, apparel, jewelry, and handbags. Under Armour and Design Within Reach also recently joined the roster.

NorthPark Center has been rapidly expanding as of late, bringing such hot brands as The Frye Company and opening Tastemaker-nominated restaurant The Theodore last fall.

Shops have also been shuffled, with Banana Republic, Fossil, J. Jill, and Journeys relocating to new homes within the shopping center, which is one of the top five performing in the nation.
