This spicy take on an old fashioned is made with Old Forester 1870, and has notes of chocolate and nutty caramel thanks to the hazelnut orgeat.

1870 Old Fashioned
Yields 1 drink
Ingredients
2 ounces Old Forester 1870 Bourbon Whisky
2 peels of fresh orange
0.25 ounces hazelnut orgeat
3 dashes angostura bitters
Lightly press the orange peels into an old fashioned glass, then add the orgeat, bitters, and whisky.
Add ice, and stir for 10-15 seconds.
