Dallas' party people pulled out their headbands and Sperrys for the CultureMap Country Club, held at the swanky AMLI Design District apartments, and all the cool kids were there.
Our BFFs of the event world, Prime Valet, ushered guests from their cars into the glittering AMLI lobby. Once everyone had their wristbands and drink tickets, they were whisked up to the pool level.
That pool is every bit as impressive in person, with the downtown Dallas skyline looming against the sunset. For anyone curious about what living at the property is like, AMLI reps happily led tours of a model apartment.
Major League Bocce utilized the green spaces to teach guests the finer points of tossing the pallina; mini golf in the SkyLounge offered a respite from the summer heat. A pop-up shop featuring Lauren James' preppy fashions and PerriBerri goodies tempted wallets while other guys and girls posed for snaps at the My Event is the Bomb interactive photo booth.
Tasty bites from El Bolero, Oak, and Pakpao Thai were gobbled up immediately, and fruity and all-natural GoodPop popsicles were on hand throughout the evening to keep everyone cool. Cups of Cabert Pinot Grigio and Louis Vernier cava flowed freely, with a selection of beers — Alaskan Summer Ale, Community Mosaic IPA, Deep Ellum Dallas Blonde, and Real Ale Fireman's #4 — rounding out the liquid offerings.
DJ Blake Ward played a healthy dose of pop while eager prepsters lined up for chair massages and quickie manicures from the gals of MiniLuxe.
When it was time to call it a night, guests got a sweet send-off from AMLI Design District with warm Tiff's Treats cookies before heading back out into the Design District.
Take a look below at the event's highlights.
