Things just keep cropping up at Toyota Music Factory, where headliners are hosting concerts and restaurants keep opening. Four new eateries are on the horizon, ranging from immersive dining to a modern gastropub to tiny burgers.
First up is Violet Room, an upscale restaurant and bar with seasonal menus and creative plating. Since this is DFW's new music capital, there is a large stage — dubbed Rayleigh Underground — where a variety of entertainment options will perform.
Those seeking fast-casual will find it with Kitchen 101, where grilled and made-to-order is the name of the game.
"Southern comfort" is the idea behind Reservoir, which is putting a big emphasis on its patio and even more behind its brick oven-fired pizzas. The bar (and its spirits) plays a big role, too, and will be integrated into the menu.
Lastly, Bugerim is taking what can be the most daunting part about burgers — their size — and splitting them into mini versions that are way more munchable. Eight ounces of freshly ground meat is combined with your choice of customizable toppings, then separated into three smaller burgers for a more approachable meal.
Located on the north side of SH 114 and just west of the Las Colinas Urban Center, Toyota Music Factory has been making a name for itself as more than just a concert venue. The self-contained restaurant and entertainment destination has a special license that lets you wander around with open containers, meaning it's easier than ever to bar hop or hit up a few different spots before the show.
