FBI searches for gang of aggressive armed robbers that stormed Plano bank
The Dallas FBI is on the lookout for three armed men who robbed a Plano bank on March 10. Dressed in black ski masks and brandishing weapons, the suspects demanded cash verbally before making their getaway in a waiting vehicle.
"No one was seriously injured, but the subjects’ actions inside the bank were aggressive," the Dallas FBI said in a statement.
The robbery occurred at the Bank of America located at 2015 Coit Rd. in Plano. Witnesses described the robbers as black males in their late 20s or 30s. Two men have a thin build; one is heavy set.
The FBI, along with the Plano Police Department, is investigating whether or not the trio has been involved in other Dallas-area bank robberies.
The suspects are considered armed and dangerous. Bank of America has offered a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction. Anyone with information is urged to call the Dallas FBI at 972-559-5000. Callers may remain anonymous.
