Balance, dedication, fun – there’s something to be said for a workout that makes you feel good about yourself. That’s why North Texans are flocking to ZYN22, a new boutique fitness facility that provides a unique form of sweat therapy.

Blending the techniques of indoor cycling with the philosophy of yoga and the artistry of dance, ZYN22 gives students a whole-body workout that combines cardio and weight training, to strengthen body and mind. Led by ZYNsei Denis Morton — an athlete who has done everything from college football and indoor cycling (ever heard of SoulCycle?) to aerial acrobatics and yoga instruction — the dynamic team at ZYN22 strives to give you an incredible workout that delivers a burn and leaves you smiling and feeling motivated.

ZYN22 has recruited outstanding athletes and fitness professionals as instructors who plan each class individually, so you’re guaranteed to get a different workout every time you visit, with new music and a unique series of moves that get the class swaying together in no time. Although the moves will begin to feel familiar after a few visits, a workout at ZYN22 is anything but routine.

Riders have co-founder Melissa Page to thank for that. She is not only a fitness fanatic like Morton, but she also is a longtime high-kick dancer. As the drill team director at Southlake Carroll for 20 years, Page knows how to put together a routine, and her passion for dance is clear in the synchronicity of a ZYN22 class. She and husband Mark Page founded ZYN22 in January 2015 to not only give riders a great workout, but also to inspire them to achieve their very best, and riders love it.

With two studio locations already open — one in Fort Worth, the other in Dallas on Park Lane — ZYN22 is set to open locations in Southlake and Turtle Creek Village early next year. Pop by one of the studios for a ride and do something good for your body and mind.

For more information or to book a bike, check out the ZYN22 website.
