Where to Shop Now
Where to shop in Dallas right now: 7 must-hit stores for March
This month could get us in trouble, but we will leave it looking fabulous. There are fun collaborations, grand openings, and once-in-a-lifetime shopping events that no fashionable Dallasite will be able to resist. Let's grab our handbags and go.
Prada Made-to-Measure Event at Forty Five Ten on Main
Forty Five Ten on Main hosts the first Prada men's Made-to-Measure event held outside of a Prada retail store on Friday, March 2 and Saturday, March 3. Appointments with a master tailor are divided into two-hour time slots, 10 am-6 pm Friday and 10 am-2 pm Saturday. This is a rare opportunity to have a piece from the spring 2018 made-to-measure collection custom measured for you (or your sweetie).
SMEG x Dolce Gabbana at Neiman Marcus
Two iconic brands are collaborating to bring shoppers a line of colorful, whimsical small appliances this spring at Neiman Marcus. The inaugural "breakfast suite" collection features an electric juicer, tea kettle, and toaster. Each item retails for $600 and will be available in the downtown and NorthPark stores, as well as online. Interested shoppers can pre-order these items with an expected ship date of mid-April.
David Yurman at NorthPark
The iconic jewelry store is getting a bigger boutique at NorthPark Center, and it is set to open at the end of the month on level one. Measuring in at 3,450 square feet, it will be filled with Sybil Yurman's paintings, custom-made furnishings, and rich fabric upholstery. This new store, second in second only to the Madison Avenue Townhouse boutique, will feature a special men's jewelry area and a private salon to discover David Yurman Wedding and High Jewelry collections. It also will carry a new new amulet. Lone Star, exclusive to the NorthPark boutique.
Club Champion at Hank Haney Golf Ranch
The nation’s premium golf club fitter, builder, and retailer of some of the best brands in golf has set up shop in Lewisville at the Hank Haney Golf Ranch at Vista Ridge. Club Champion offers more than 35,000 hittable head and shaft combinations and the best-trained master fitters in the country. As part of its store opening special, golfers can get 50 percent off a full bag fitting and 33 percent off all other fittings.
Devereux
This fresh menswear line was founded by two brothers from Midland who needed something young, fresh, and contemporary that fit their personal style and also looked good in a variety of settings. They didn't think they had to choose between their dads' old duds or the fraternity uniforms of their past. The brand's success has spread like wildfire, and their line of golf shirts, pants, outerwear, and swimwear is now being offered at Nordstrom, at luxury resorts, and on their website.
Reformation
This Knox-Henderson shop just launched its new Reformation Jeans collection of vintage-inspired denim. Ranging in price from $28-$148, this 26-piece collection includes fun pieces like high-waisted flared jeans, pinstriped skirts, and zip-up jumpsuits. The best news? Reformation Jeans are crafted using deadstock and eco-friendly fabric, making them a sustainable alternative to traditional denim.
Valentino
Highland Park Village's Valentino boutique is now open between Céline and Dior Beauty. The 1,925-square-foot store exudes a kind of Italian palazzo atmosphere, with its use of opulent materials — gray Venetian terrazzo, oak, Carrara marble, glass, thick leather, and soft carpets. The new Dallas store steers away from a pure showroom and promotes a new retail architectural format. With that said, it is still the go-to spot for your rock studs, bags, and other luxury accessories.
