Foodie Delivery
Dallas foodies can now get groceries delivered from Central Market with Shipt
Shipt and Central Market, an amusement park for foodies, are expanding grocery delivery to Dallas on August 4. That means same-day delivery from one of DFW’s favorite grocery stores and an even larger coverage area so you can spend more time on the important stuff.
Imagine a week without sitting in traffic, battling for parking spots, hunting for kid-friendly carts, dragging through aisles, only to find that you forgot to buy something or that you grabbed items you don’t even need. What if you could use the time you would’ve spent in the store to plan a great meal, swing outside with your kids, pick up that book you’re neglecting, or — gasp! — find a moment of solitude just for you?
Out of this world, right? Shipt makes it possible. It saves time and headspace by delivering fresh groceries through a user-friendly app and a dedicated community of local shoppers.
Shipt launched its grocery delivery service in Fort Worth on August 2 with delivery from both Central Market and Kroger stores. In Dallas, Shipt will add Central Market to its existing service from local Kroger stores and expand its coverage area on August 4. Sign up by August 19 to get $25 off your first order in the greater DFW area.
Through Shipt’s mobile or desktop app, members browse a full selection of gourmet grocery items available at their local Central Market store and choose a convenient one-hour delivery window. Need that specific cut of meat or slightly underripe bananas? Maybe four different flavors of baby food and another pack of Pampers Cruisers? Members are encouraged to note any preferences and special requests, and the shoppers are happy to handpick each item for every request.
