NFL Hall of Famer gives up Dallas penthouse with private pool for $4.8 million
We spotted over on Candy's Dirt that former Dallas Cowboy Deion Sanders is making real estate moves again. While his Prosper mansion is still up for grabs, those looking to soak in the celeb's style a little closer to Dallas can now put in an offer on his penthouse at the Azure.
The fancy condo high-rise in Uptown only has two two-level penthouses, and Sanders is giving up one of them. Listed with Rogers Healy, unit 3002 at 2900 McKinnon St. is just about to go live at $4,800,000.
What does all that dough get you, besides knowing you're moving into the home of a Pro Football Hall of Famer? Three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms are nestled into the 5,081 square feet. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in an incredible view of downtown Dallas, which you can also admire from the terrace lounge that has a wet bar and its own private pool.
That's right: 30 stories up, and you get your own pool.
The kitchen is predictably gorgeous, with natural stone and granite finishes and Sub-Zero appliances. There's a private elevator, so you don't even have to make small talk with your neighbors.
Of course, this property also comes with all the Azure amenities: full-time concierge services, valet, a fitness center, theater room, and resort-style pool. Not that you'll need the latter, what with your very own up in the clouds.
