Live like a Dallas Star in the Park Cities manse of Brenden Morrow
Another Dallas Star’s home is on the market. As Candy Evans reported on Candy’s Dirt, former Stars captain Brenden Morrow, who was recently traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins, has listed his Park Cities manse at 3528 Centenary Ave.
There’s no wallpaper on the ceiling, unlike some other Stars’ homes. But what Morrow does have is land: almost three quarters of an acre, which is rare for University Park.
Filling up those 7,300 square feet are five bedrooms, five baths, two half baths, multiple living spaces, formal dining room, media room, wine room and exercise room. Apparently there is also an oversized attic for storage, accessible via elevator, and a putting green. We also dig the patio out back, warmed up by a cozy fireplace.
The interior has a fairly traditional quality, thanks to wooden beams on the ceilings and plenty of bricked archways. But chandeliers up the glam factor in lots of spaces — from the living areas to the bedrooms to a very mirrored bathroom. That’s a lot of reflecting on one’s reflection.
So what will it set you back to live like a Star? Try $4,495,000.
