North Texas estate with solar farm, driving range & hangar lands on market for $14.25m
A secluded, 25.3-acre estate about an hour northwest of Dallas is a self-sufficient mini-city with nearly anything anyone could possibly need. It is now on the market for $14.25 million and is one of the 10 most expensive listings in Texas.

The solar farm generates twice as much energy as the estate will use, the listing says, and an arrangement is already in place to sell back any unused power.
