Custom estate in Frisco lined with marble and chandeliers goes on auction
An opulent estate less than an hour north of Dallas with custom marble floors, an iron front door, and loaded gourmet kitchen is about to hit the market on auction.
Built in 2022, the home is in Frisco’s Bretton Woods neighborhood at 9966 Pleasant Pine Ln., on the northern edge of Frisco that borders Prosper. The estate was previously listed for $1.95 million, but now will be auctioned by Interluxe Auctions starting April 8 with a starting bid of $800,000.
Previews begin Friday, April 5. The auction begins online on Monday, April 8.
“The Bretton Woods Estate is a beautiful property with an ideal location, creating an opportunity that embodies the essence of luxury real estate,” Interluxe Auctions vice president Stacy Kirk says in a release.
It's a custom-built 4,349-square-foot house with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage, on about a third of an acre, with a fenced-in yard, gourmet kitchen with a La Cornue stove, air-conditioned patio with remote controlled sunscreens, and luxurious finishes from Restoration Hardware, Swarovski, Italy and France.
The home’s entrance and foyer are meant to wow from the second you walk up: a custom stone walkway leads to the iron-framed French doors. Step inside, and you’re greeted by a dazzling chandelier and grand piano.
In the kitchen, there’s custom cabinetry, with deep blue and salmon-hued enamel paint from Italy that gives it a glossy finish. Other features include a porcelain backsplash, spacious island, and 48-inch sink with a salad bar station.
More bougie amenities include:
- A primary bedroom suite with a fireplace, dual California closets, and air bathroom with a dual vanity, garden tub, and glass-enclosed shower
- First-floor laundry room with a built-in brass sink and spray faucet
- A custom solarium overlooking the backyard
- A smart home system that controls automatic shades and the electric fireplaces
The main living area features a floor-to-ceiling marble fireplace and a rare Swarovski crystal chandelier. It’s designed for family fun, with a built-in projector and screen perfect for movie nights.
The home is conveniently located for families — it’s a 10-minute drive from the upcoming Universal Kids Resort and the PGA of America headquarters, and a little further to The Star. The Bretton Woods neighborhood has a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and walking trails.
