Inwood Village

Fresh and Healthy

Come into the kitchen with Flower Child at Dallas' Inwood Village

Ever since Flower Child opened in 2017 at Inwood Village, Dallasites have become obsessed with the restaurant's healthy-yet-tasty fare.

There are now three Dallas locations (in addition to scores of others across the country), but the original Inwood Village spot remains a favorite for diners seeking out organic, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan items.

Follow along with chef Katie Horne to see how the eatery crafts its famous Mother Earth bowl: a mixture of ancient grains, fire-roasted sweet potatoes with miso marmalade, portobello mushroom, fresh avocado, cucumber relish, pistachio pesto, an arugula and sprout salad, red pepper miso vinaigrette, and hemp seeds.

Everything at Flower Child is made in-house, and the menu also spans wraps, salads, build-your-own plates, and daily fresh juices.

It's one of the many diverse and delicious dining options you can find at the historic Inwood Village, which is situated at Lovers Lane and Inwood Road.
