Italian Wine and Cheese Class at Scardello
Some of the best cheeses in the world come from Italy, and you get to explore them during this class. Enjoying cheese without wine is impossible, so there is that too. Cost is $40, and the event begins at 8 pm.

Cornhole Tournament on Pegasus Lawn at Omni Dallas Hotel
The Owner’s Box and 105.3 the Fan are teaming up for the ultimate two-on-two cornhole tournament with a winner-take-all grand prize of $2,500. First Birthday Party at Pink Magnolia
A portion of proceeds from this pink party benefit Genesis Women’s Shelter. Activities include walking the pink carpet, snapping your pic with chef Blythe Beck, and enjoying delicious food and drink. Soul Pop Band and Whiskey Sour play on the patio for the duration on the party, which lasts from 11 am to 2 pm. The celebration costs $35 for adults (alcohol not included) and $10 for kids 13-17. Those under 12 are free. Call 469-320-9220 to reserve your spot.
No Pants Party at Truck Yard
This fun concept, which mimics New York’s annual No Pants Subway Ride, has a serious mission: to provide clothing donations to the flood victims in Baton Rouge. Everyone who donates clothes to the cause gets a free beer or cocktail; however, if you drop your pants at the door, you get two. Boom! The fun starts at 9 pm.
