Dallas-area restaurants and bars are coming in hot this week with Father’s Day specials and shenanigans. Events and deals range from a bacon and whiskey flight and free carne asada to a car show paired with beer and blues. Also this week, take a chance on being selected to attend a super secret speakeasy dinner that will take diners back in time.
Thursday, June 15
The Stoneleigh Speakeasy Series
Enter for your chance to take an exclusive trip back in time with 1920s-inspired food and cocktails. In celebration of its 100th anniversary, Le Meridien Dallas The Stoneleigh will invite a few lucky individuals for dinner at the hotel’s previously secret 11th floor library bar. Dinner tickets – for a price that has not been disclosed – will include two cocktails, valet parking, and live entertainment. Enroll for a chance to be randomly selected to gain access to the experience. If you miss out on this week’s dinner, the next dinner date is August 14.

Bacon & Whiskey Flight at Meddlesome Moth
The craft bar and restaurant will offer a Father’s Day weekend bacon and whiskey flight, including pours of Angels Envy, Whiskey Pig 10-Year, Barrell Armida, and High West Rendezvous Rye. Each pour will be paired with brown sugar bacon, jalapeno bacon, cocoa chili bacon, and black pepper bacon. The flight is $50 and will be available Saturday and Sunday from 10 am-3 pm.
Blues and Brews Car Show at Texican Court
Texican Court in Irving will host a retro car show coinciding with food and beverage specials at Two Mules Cantina. Dad and the fam can enjoy a $25 lunch buffet and live music. The car show is free to attend and there’ll also be complimentary cigar rolling and face painting. Festivities will run from 11 am-2 pm.

Father’s Day Brunch at Blue Mesa Grill
Brunch buffet specials will range from carved beef tenderloin and red chile salmon to cheese blue corn enchiladas and made-to-order omelets. The $35 price includes mimosas, coffee, tea, and soft drinks. The price for children 6-11 years old is $10. Reservations are recommended and the brunch will run from 9 am-4 pm.
Rock & Roll Brunch at Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar
The Harwood Street restaurant will host a bottomless brunch in honor of fathers, including double stack sliders, smoked salmon, chilaquiles, prime rib, and more. Brunch will be accompanied by live music by a classic rock cover band. Even more, Saint Ann’s entire whiskey collection will be half-off. Brunch is $65 for adults and $20 for children 6-12 and will run from 10 am-2:30 pm.
Father’s Day Brunch at Bulla Gastrobar
The Spanish-style Plano restaurant will open early at 10 am to offer a three-course, sweet and savory prix-fixe brunch menu for $30. Add a mimosa tower, starting at $48 more. All dads will also receive a $20 gift card to use for their next meal.
Father’s Day at STK Steakhouse
The Dallas steakhouse is going uber luxe for Dad with pricey menu specials that range from $49 bone marrow steak tartare with caviar to $699 for Australian steak and eggs that comes with a 50-ounce Australian Carrara tomahawk steak. The latter must be pre-ordered and is only available during brunch until 3 pm.
Beer, Bacon, and Birdies at Westin Dallas Stonebriar
The golf resort will host a day for Dad with all his favorites: beer, beef, whiskey, cigars, and golf. The $60 price includes a plated meal, beer flight, whiskey sampling, a cigar-rolling lesson, and access to the resort's TopGolf Swing Suite. The menu will include ribeye, dry-rubbed pork ribs, brisket sliders, and bacon. The event will run from 11 am-1 pm.
Rad Dad Backyard Bash at Flying Saucer
The Lake Ray Hubbard location of the longtime gastropub will host a lakeside patio party in honor of all dads. The $45 price includes choice of burger or brat from the grill, three beer tokens, and a Flying Saucer t-shirt along with live music. (Price is $30 everything but the shirt.) The party will run from 2-6 pm. Plan for a “Best Dad” costume competition at 4 pm for prizes from popular breweries.
Father’s Day at Chido Taco Lounge
The edgy Frisco taco spot will take care of Dad by giving him one free cerveza for each kid he has – because the more kids, the more he deserves a cold beer. No food purchase necessary.
Father’s Day at La Neta Cocina y Lounge
The Las Vegas-based restaurant and bar will offer a $65 prix-fixe menu for Father’s Day. Choose from flautas or cauliflower ceviche, shaved Brussels or chopped Caesar salad, and skirt steak, roasted acorn squash, or surf and turf enchiladas. The dinner special will be available starting at 4 pm.
III Forks Father's Day Deal
The Frisco steakhouse will offer their boneless ribeye steak for $29 for all dads. The steak will be served with whipped potatoes, sugar snap peas, creamed corn, tomatoes, and spring onions. The special is only good for dine-in.
Father’s Day Dinner at Gorji
The Mediterranean restaurant will serve a multicourse prix-fixe dinner with choice of appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert. Menu highlights include New Zealand venison tenderloin, Australian sea bass and Gulf shrimp, and flourless chocolate cake. The price for three courses is $115 and four courses is $129. Dinner will be served from 6-8 pm.
Free Carne Asada at Cantina Laredo
All dads will be treated to a free carne asada entrée with the purchase of another entrée at Cantina Laredo locations in Addison and Frisco. The fire-charred skirt steak comes with chimichurri sauce, black beans, and cilantro lime rice.

Juneteenth Pairing Dinner at Isla & Co.
The Australian-inspired Bishop Arts District restaurant will host a four-course cocktail pairing dinner in celebration of Juneteenth. Head chef Malik Cantu says he wanted to highlight his cultural background through food. Menu highlights include chicken ballotine with cornbread stuffing, short rib with peach barbecue carrot puree, and red velvet cake. The $115 price includes cocktails paired with each course. Dinner starts at 6 pm.
