Perle on Maple inside The Stoneleigh will host a four-course menu featuring popular Prisoner wines. Menu items include jumbo lump crab cake, roasted Colorado lambchop, and spicy chocolate mousse. Tickets are $130, plus tax and a service fee, and dinner begins at 6 pm.
A Tribute to Paul Prudhomme at Central Market
Central Market - Lovers Lane will host a hands-on cooking class featuring recipes from famed Cajun chef Paul Prudhomme, just in time for Carnival season. The menu includes shrimp etouffee, blackened steak, crab-stuff potatoes, and sweet potato pecan pie. The $85 price includes a glass of wine with the finished meal. Class begins at 6:30 pm.
February Infused Dinners at Dallas Hemp Company
The Garland Road hemp store will host a series of Friday night buffet dinners in February featuring live music. This week’s menu includes chicken fettuccine alfredo, spaghetti Bolognese, Italian roasted vegetables, mushroom risotto, Caesar salad, and garlic bread. The dinner is $25 and begins at 7 pm.
