A Dallas steakhouse is debuting a new flagship location in Addison: III Forks — known for steak, seafood, and ambiance — is opening at 5100 Belt Line Rd. #800 at the Village on the Parkway, in a former Chico's clothing store.
According to a release, it’s set to open April 8.
The location is symbolic, representing a return to the Dallas North Tollway Corridor for III Forks; it was originally located on the Dallas Parkway where it opened in 1998 and where it resided for 22 years before relocating to Frisco.
The Frisco location remains open, along with locations in Austin and Jacksonville, Florida.
“Our flagship location will redefine what steakhouse dining means, both in our larger dining room and in our private dining rooms,” says III Forks president Curtis Osmond. “Entering our primary private dining room is akin to finding the well-hidden entry to a speakeasy. A second private dining space is artistically created with Art Deco accents, signature lighting and art.”
Chef Chris Vogeli and his team will offer a menu of Snake River Farms American Wagyu and A5 Miyazaki Gyu Japanese Wagyu, paired with diver scallops with bacon jam, chicken fried lobster, and prime double-cut pork chops.
Prices range from $12 for French onion soup to $179 for 24-ounce Snake River Farms American Wagyu.
The Addison location will also feature a selection of 1,200 bottles of wine and a bar featuring both shaken and after dinner cocktails such as an espresso martini.
Inside the restaurant dining room are antique gold light fixtures, custom-designed wallpaper, and a second, private Art Deco-style dining room with lighting and art. According to the release, the vibe will be more communal than clubby — like walking into a luxury boutique.
