The Star District in Frisco scores 2 exciting new restaurant additions
The Star District, located in the heart of the 91-acre campus of the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and practice facility at The Star in Frisco, welcomes two exciting new tenants to the growing experiential dining, shopping, and entertainment district, both set to open in 2024.
One is an acclaimed, independently-owned Asian concept; the other is an acclaimed healthy chain from the West Coast.
Wabi House
From founders Dien “Chef D” Nguyen, head chef at the Texas sushi restaurant Piranha Killer Sushi, and Piranha owner, Chef Kenzo Tran, owner of Pho District in Fort Worth, Wabi House, a DFW staple, is coming to The Star in Frisco in spring 2024.
Famous for its ramen, izakaya-style Japanese dishes, sake and cocktails all served from its industrial-chic digs, Wabi House brings the perfect blend of Japanese inspired dishes to the Frisco area.
Rachel’s Kitchen
After 13 years of serving the Los Angeles and Las Vegas community, Rachel’s Kitchen is opening its first location in Texas at The Star in Frisco. Owner Debbie Roxarzade is excited to provide DFW residents a new casual dining option with an inviting ambiance. With its healthy cuisine, Rachel’s Kitchen is sure to become a favorite among locals.
In partnership with Venture Commercial, The Star District has leased nearly 40,000 square feet of space in 2023, all to North-Texas based tenants.
Other recent additions include Cards in a Box, which opened 3625 The Star Blvd. #305 in September.
Owned by Frisco-based Kevin and Abigail Meacham and Stacy Levin, it's an all-inclusive trading cards and collectibles store created with all sports fans in mind. With options for fans to buy, sell, trade, and consign their collectables, this store meets the needs of all collectors whether they’re just beginning to collect, growing their collection, or wanting to sell their collection.
