The 411: For their inaugural — and sold out — fundraiser, Dallas CASA young professionals transformed the nonprofit's headquarters into a decked-out casino, with lights, gaming tables, and a DJ. Attendees grabbed a signature cocktail before stopping in the photo booth, trying their luck at the tables, and entering the raffle drawing — all for a great cause. Funds raised benefit this essential organization that helps abused and neglected children. Judges appoint Dallas CASA volunteers to advocate for the best interests of these kids, and this in turn helps them gain safe, permanent homes as quickly as possible.
